We strive to maximize the re-use of all furniture for each of our furniture liquidation projects. We do this through As Is sales, refurbishing, and office furniture donations to charity.

LEED Commercial Interiors:


LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design), has developed a rating system consisting of six groups, one of which is dedicated to Commercial Interiors (CI). LEED-CI applies to tenant improvements of new or existing office spaces, including furniture and furnishings.

Workplace Exchange works with customers to assist in earning LEED credits for their liquidation projects by demonstrating and documenting sustainable practices.
